🔹 Daily Responsibilities
As a Family Medicine physician, you’ll provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, chronic disease management, patient education, and referrals. You’ll collaborate with NPs and the broader healthcare team, maintain accurate EMR documentation, participate in quality initiatives, and help provide accessible care to the surrounding community.
🔹 Candidate Fit
- MD/DO with Family Medicine training
- Active or eligible South Carolina medical license
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Comfortable treating patients of all ages
- Rural/community health experience is a plus
- Local ties to the Myrtle Beach/Horry County area preferred, particularly for rural locations
- Candidates relocating from out of state may be considered based on overall fit
