## Family Medicine Primary Care opening | Oceanside, CA Northern San Diego Coast ## Position Details: * Full-time, permanent position * Start date: immediate * Setting: outpatient only * Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00a–5:00p plus one half day per week — 4.5 patient-facing days * Patient hours: 34 patient contact hours per week * Appointments: 15-minute follow-ups / 30-minute new patients and physicals * Patient volume: Average 18–23 appointments per day once up and running * Call: 2–4 times per year for the entire company — nurse triage system in place * Average 6 calls over a weekend shift and 2 calls during a weeknight on-call shift * After-hours call pay provided for shifts covered ## Required Qualifications * MD or DO * BC/BE * Active California medical license or willingness to obtain ## Compensation & Benefits * $300,000 salary guarantee for first 2 years — productivity model thereafter * After-hours call pay for covered shifts * Medical insurance * Dental and vision insurance — 100% covered by employer * FSA and HSA options * 401(k) * 160 hours PTO — transitions to flexible time off plan upon move to productivity pay * Paid holidays * Employee Assistance Program * Voluntary short-term and long-term disability * Voluntary life, critical illness, and accident insurance * CME allowance: $2,000/year (salaried) — $2,500/year (productivity) * One specialty society membership reimbursed (AAFP, ACP, AAP, or AMA) * Medical license fees, DEA renewals, and credentialing fees covered * Board certification and one recertification course covered
