Practice the full spectrum of Family Medicine in a traditional model where you care for your patients in both the clinic and hospital. Safe, affordable community with nearby golf, state parks, and outdoor recreation, plus convenient access to Jacksonville International Airport and Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport.. Traditional Family Medicine practice with both outpatient clinic and inpatient rounding. Critical Access Hospital with Level I Nursery and adjacent Health Clinic. Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and Fridays 8:00 AM-2:00 PM. Average of 25 clinic patients per day with light morning inpatient rounding. Current 1:4 shared call with plans to transition to a nocturnist model. $255,000 base salary plus generous bonus structure, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits. Loan repayment available through the Georgia State Office of Rural Health. Open to new graduates and visa candidates.
