Family Medicine Physician – Central Florida
Location: Leesburg or Apopka, Florida
Employment: Permanent | Outpatient
Specialty: Family Medicine
We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care within an established community health network serving diverse Central Florida communities.
Job Responsibilities
Provide preventive, wellness, acute, and chronic care across the lifespan.
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients using established clinical protocols.
Coordinate referrals and follow-up for labs, imaging, and diagnostic results.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality-improvement activities.
Collaborate with the care team and provide coverage when required.
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical or osteopathic school with residency training.
Active Florida medical license, DEA registration, and BLS certification.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
3+ years of experience preferred.
FQHC/community-health experience and ClinicalWorks familiarity are helpful.
Bilingual capability is a plus.
Working Hours
Outpatient setting
No weekends at most sites
