- 50% EMR/informatics: Provider training, onboarding & workflow optimization
- 40% Primary Care: Treat patients of all ages, acute/chronic conditions & preventive care
- 10% Administration: EMR documentation & clinical support
- 2+ years primary care and EMR experience required
- MA license required
