Job description
We are seeking a Primary Care physician for a permanent position in Highland, Illinois, roughly 30 to 40 minutes from St. Louis. This is a turnkey opportunity: the incoming physician takes over a long-standing, mature practice and is busy from day one, with room to shape the panel toward their own clinical interests over time. - Established, mature practice with immediate patient volume
- Four advanced practice providers under the physician's direct management
- Outpatient only
- Opportunity to develop the patient panel to suit your clinical interests
Job Responsibilities
Directly manage and supervise four advanced practice providers
Manage chronic disease, preventive care, and acute presentations in the clinic setting
Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies
Shape the patient panel toward areas of clinical interest over time
Qualifications
Active Illinois medical license - note that Illinois licensure currently takes approximately 5 months
Working Hours
Flexible 4-day work week
6 weeks of vacation
