We are seeking a Primary Care physician for a permanent position in Edwardsville, Illinois. This is a practice-building opportunity in a newly developed large clinic, where the incoming physician establishes and grows their own patient panel. New graduates will be considered. Please see below for more information.

- On-site urgent care, physical therapy, and laboratory services

Job Responsibilities
Establish and grow a new patient panel
Manage chronic disease, preventive care, and acute presentations in the clinic setting
Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies
Coordinate care with on-site urgent care, physical therapy, and laboratory services
Qualifications
Active Illinois medical license
