Job description
We are seeking a Primary Care physician for a locum tenens position in Lakewood, Colorado. This role is structured as locums to perm, giving both the physician and the practice a working look at the fit before a permanent offer. Please see below for more information.
- EMR: Elation
- Candidates local to the Denver metro area are preferred; those relocating or traveling in are welcome to apply.
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat acute complaints alongside ongoing chronic condition management
Perform routine health maintenance, screening, and preventive services
Direct the care team and coordinate specialty referrals as clinically indicated
Chart in Elation EMR
Qualifications
Active Colorado medical license required, or eligibility for Colorado licensure through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) - IMLC is the only licensing pathway accepted for this role
Working Hours
Full-time, 5x8 schedule
