Job description
We are seeking a Primary Care physician for a locum tenens position in Thornton, Colorado. This is a locums to perm opportunity - an established outpatient group looking to bring the right physician on permanently. Please see below for more information.
- EMR: Elation
- The client prefers candidates local to the Denver metro area; candidates outside the area will still be considered.
Job Responsibilities
Manage chronic disease, preventive care, and acute presentations in the clinic setting
Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies
Coordinate referrals and follow-up with specialty and ancillary services
Complete documentation in Elation EMR
Qualifications
Active Colorado medical license required, or eligibility for Colorado licensure through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) - IMLC is the only licensing pathway accepted for this role
Working Hours
Full-time, 5x8 schedule
