We are seeking a Primary Care Physician for a locum tenens position in Quincy, Illinois. This is an in-home health evaluation opportunity within a regional float pool. Please see below for more information.
- Practice setting: in-home health evaluations
- Float pool assignment covering Adams, Brown, Hancock, McDonough, Pike, and Schuyler counties
Job Responsibilities
Obtain history, complete physical assessment, and review current medications
Identify and document open care gaps and clinical findings for follow-up by the member's primary care provider
Complete documentation in the charting platform for each evaluation
Travel between assigned member locations within the covered counties
Qualifications
Active Illinois medical license required
Working Hours
Flexible scheduling, Monday through Sunday
No nights or weekends required
No call required
