This is a 25-bed acute care hospital offering a full range of services along with key ancillary services and advanced medical technologies. The facility includes a surgery center performing procedures on a daily basis, as well as comprehensive rehabilitation services including physical, occupational, and speech therapy.Opportunity:
Employed - Family MedicineJob Details:
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no call requirements
- Join a well-established practice with 6 physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers
- Patient Centered Medical Home designated clinic
- Average daily patient volume of 20 patients
- Full support staff including nursing, medical assistants, schedulers, care coordinators, and clerical support
- Nursing home rounds included
- Access to staff, resources, and technologies needed to make a meaningful impact on patient care
