Family Medicine Physician

WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee our Family Medicine Residency Program. This role is critical in shaping the future of family medicine practitioners by ensuring the highest standards of education and training are met. The Program Director will play a pivotal role in maintaining accreditation, developing curricula, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and resident wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the ACGME Family Medicine Residency Program, ensuring accreditation compliance and educational excellence.
• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate residency curriculum, rotations, and training experiences.
• Lead resident recruitment, selection, onboarding, and career development efforts.
• Monitor resident performance, progression, and evaluations while ensuring appropriate supervision and mentorship.
• Recruit, supervise, develop, and evaluate residency faculty and participating training sites.
• Maintain an active clinical practice, providing inpatient, outpatient, pediatric, adult, and prenatal care.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership, GMEC, and affiliated partners to strengthen graduate medical education initiatives.
• Lead program quality improvement, patient safety, resident wellness, regulatory reporting, and annual program review activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Graduate Medical Education
• Board Certification (BC) with no issues
