This is a primary and pediatric care center operating under a value-based care model, setting it apart from traditional fee-for-service practices. The clinic provides a supportive, team-oriented environment with no insurance billing, no RVUs, and a collaborative approach to patient care alongside a dedicated NP team.Opportunity:
Board Certified/Board Eligible - Family MedicineJob Details:
- Full-time, permanent family medicine position seeing patients Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- No call, no late clinics, and no after-hours charting requirements
- 100% outpatient setting with an average of 8-14 patients per day
- Full-spectrum family medicine practice serving patients from babies to retirees
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Promote wellness and preventive care while coordinating specialty referrals when appropriate
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Supervise a team of up to three Nurse Practitioners
- Operates within a value-based care model outside the traditional fee-for-service framework
- EMR platform: Elation
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine required
- Active New Mexico license preferred; will consider candidates who need a NM license
- BLS and DEA certification required
- Clean background with no malpractice or license issues required
- Estimated credentialing timeframe of 30-90 days
