Medical Director – Aesthetic Medicine & Wellness Practice
A growing medical aesthetics and wellness organization is seeking a Florida-licensed Medical Director (MD/DO) to provide clinical leadership and oversight for its new Melbourne, Florida location.
This is an exciting opportunity for a physician leader who enjoys mentoring providers, establishing clinical best practices, and helping shape the growth of a modern, patient-focused practice.
The Medical Director will partner with experienced clinical providers and leadership teams to ensure exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence.
Job Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain evidence-based clinical protocols and standards of care
• Support quality assurance initiatives, chart reviews, and compliance requirements
• Mentor Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and clinical staff
• Provide guidance on complex patient cases and clinical decision-making
• Collaborate with leadership to support practice growth and patient experience initiatives
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal physician leader will have:
• MD or DO degree
• Active, unrestricted Florida medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible status
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Interest in medical aesthetics, wellness, or cosmetic medicine
Previous experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness medicine, or physician leadership is highly preferred.
