Family Medicine Physician Opportunity – Long Island, NY

Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing
• Prescribe medications and therapies appropriately
• Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care
• Provide preventive healthcare services and screenings
• Participate in quality improvement programs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with clinical teams to improve patient outcomes
Qualifications
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Active and unrestricted New York State medical license
• Ability to meet credentialing requirements
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Board Certification in Family Medicine
• Experience in outpatient primary care
• Experience with community health or underserved populations
• Experience managing chronic disease populations
• Experience with electronic health records
• Experience with telemedicine
