Primary Care - FQHC in Northern California
- Federally Qualified Health Center seeks a BC/BE Internist or Family Practitioner to join their team
- Base salary: MD/DO - $275k - $305k
- Clinic hours: Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm
- Providers typically work 4 days per week and see 16-18 patients per day
- No call - outpatient only
- Group has 3 medical clinics within 30 minutes of each other - most providers rotate through two sites
- EMR: Athena Practice (implementing Epic in 2027)
- Full benefits package offered including medical, dental, and vision coverage, accrued PTO (up to 112 hours in year 1, cap of 240 hours after 5 years of employment), paid sick leave, 11 paid holidays, CME time and allowance, 403b, life insurance, and more!
- Non-Profit FQHC and NHSC eligible site for loan repayment. They are also a CCBHC, which provides multiple loan repayment options through HCAI and other agencies
- Sign-on bonus: $100,000 for MD/DO
- Located 30 minutes from Redding, just under 2 hours from Chico and Susanville, and 3 1/2 hours from the Pacific coast
- Domestic Airport available in Redding with direct flights to San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Denver. International Airport offered in Sacramento (2 1/2 hour drive)
