Hospital-Sponsored Primary Care Opportunity – Family Medicine or Internal Medicine | Southern California

I’m working with a hospital-sponsored outpatient opportunity for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician in California’s Imperial Valley. This is a great option for a physician seeking a predictable Monday–Friday schedule, competitive compensation, full benefits, and access to NHSC loan repayment—all while living within driving distance of San Diego and Palm Springs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Family Medicine: $278,315 base salary
• Internal Medicine: $331,906 base salary
• Additional WRVU incentive bonus

• Visa sponsorship available
• $3,000 annual CME allowance
• 1 week of CME
• PTO per district policy

Position & Practice

• Hospital-employed through a Professional Services Agreement (PSA)
• 3-year agreement
• Outpatient primary care practice
• Mix of scheduled appointments and walk-in visits
• Monday–Friday schedule | 40 hours/week
