Family Medicine Physician opening in Granville and Greenwich, NY Full-Time | Outpatient Primary Care | Flexible Schedule | J-1/H-1B Accepted A well-established Primary Care practice in northeastern New York is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to provide outpatient care in the Granville and Greenwich communities. • Telephone call only, averaging approximately 3 weeks per year

• On-site medical imaging, lab, physical therapy, and occupational therapy services
• System-wide EMR: Epic

• Base compensation range: $270,000 - $300,000
