Family Medicine Opening in IN Located in Fort Wayne Indianapolis 2hrs; Chicago 2.5hrs Full-time; permanent Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join a premier provider network in Fort Wayne, IN. Outpatient only with highly flexible, customizable scheduling and optional academic and teaching opportunities through an affiliated Family Medicine Residency Program. Practice Highlights
- 100% outpatient; full hospitalist service for all admissions
- Flexible, customizable schedule
- 22–28 patients per full clinic day — adult and pediatric mix
- Weekday after-hours call limited to own patient panel (phone triage only)
- Weekend call averaging only 2 weekends per year
- Routine nursery rounding preferred for call group alignment
- Optional faculty teaching role with Family Medicine Residency Program Qualifications
- BE/BC in Family Medicine
