Practice Details
Sanford Clinic Luverne is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join its physician practice, with outpatient and inpatient responsibilities.
- 7 family practice MD's, 3 APP's and 1 General Surgeon.
- Average of 20-25 patients per day
- Robust hospital and surgical department
- Additional support from Behavioral Health Counselor, Integrated Health Therapist, RN Care Manager, Substance Use Counselors, PMHNP, and Pharmacist
- Nursing home responsibility is shared; with Medical Directorships available
- ER is staffed by Status Health and surgical emergencies would be handled by on-call GS provider or transported to Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD, depending on severity.
Compensation Package
Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $265,175 - $343,168 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
