Join a premier concierge primary care practice in the breathtaking mountain community of Cashiers, North Carolina, where you'll have the time and autonomy to deliver truly personalized care to a highly engaged and affluent patient population. This is a rare opportunity to leave behind the volume-driven demands of traditional primary care and embrace a model centered on meaningful physician-patient relationships, proactive wellness, and clinical excellence.

• Only 5-7 patients per day
• Exclusive panel of approx 350 patients
• $400,000 guaranteed base salary
• No hospital admissions or inpatient responsibilities
• 60 min appt times that support relationship driven patient care
• Four weeks of PTO + paid holidays
• Affluent, motivated patient population invested in their health, preventative and wellness-focused healthcare
• Mon - Thurs, 8am - 5pm, and every other Fri 8am - 1pm
The Ideal Candidate
• BC or BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Passion for preventive medicine and wellness
• Physician who thrives in a highly personalized care environment and values long-term patient relationships
• Commitment to delivering white-glove patient experiences
• Desire to practice comprehensive medicine without the constraints of high patient volume
