Value-Based Care Model
Board-Certified Family Practice Physician needed
Full Time 8a-5p, no weekends, no call
Admin time is built into daily schedule (no after hours charting)
Must be able to see all ages
Board Certified in Family Medicine
8-14 patients seen per day. 30min-1 hr visits
Support staff including NP's and RN's
Elation is the EMR used
Must have an unrestricted MD or DO license in New Mexico
Must have BLS certification
Board-Certified Family Practice Physician needed
