Position Highlights:

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: $300,000
- Productivity Bonus: RVU model
- Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: Malpractice and tail coverage, health, dental, vision, 401K with matching, 4 weeks PTO, sick leave, CME
- Relocation Assistance: $10,000
Qualifications:
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certifications: BC or BE in Family Medicine
- Experience: Experienced providers and new grads welcome
