Family Medicine Physician | Physician Leadership Pathway

A growing healthcare organization in Colorado is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative primary care team.

Clinical Scope:

The physician will provide comprehensive Family Medicine services including:

• Outpatient primary care
• Preventive medicine
• Chronic disease management
• Acute care
• Pediatrics
• Adult medicine
• Geriatrics
• Women's health
• Inpatient rounding
• Patient education and care coordination

Job Responsibilities

Leadership Opportunity:

Qualifications

Required:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Eligible for Colorado medical licensure
• DEA license or ability to obtain
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care

Preferred:

• Rural healthcare experience
• Critical Access Hospital experience
• Leadership experience
• Full-spectrum Family Medicine background
• Spanish/English bilingual skills
