Primary Care Physician Opportunity – Suwanee, GA
A growing physician-led primary care practice is seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join their team in Suwanee, Georgia.
This opportunity is ideal for a physician who values meaningful patient relationships, preventive medicine, and providing comprehensive care in a collaborative environment.
The practice focuses on delivering high-quality outpatient care for adult patients with an emphasis on wellness, chronic disease management, and long-term health outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide preventive care and health maintenance services
Educate patients regarding treatment plans and lifestyle improvements
Coordinate care with specialists and healthcare team members
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Support continued practice growth and patient engagement
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active Georgia medical license
Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
Experience managing adult primary care patients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
3–8 years after residency completion
Outpatient primary care experience
Experience managing chronic conditions
Interest in building long-term patient relationships
Leadership or practice growth experience
