Specialty: Family Medicine/Internal Medicine
Start Date: 10/05/2026
Contract Length: 26 Weeks
Shift Details: 8:30A - 4:30P or 9A – 5P (NO CALL), room for flexibility – can discuss during interview
Schedule: 4 to 5 days per week; Monday – Thursday OR Monday – Friday, accepted
- No after hours call but will participate in DOD “doctor of the day” addressing calls to patients who reach out during business hours and are triaged by nurse.
Work Details:
· Support staff: 1:1 ratio with clinical MA, LPN, or RN
· Amount of coverage needed per month: 4 – 5 days per week
· Patients per day: Average 18-22 PPD
· Patient population/age: All ages, however, can accommodate a provider who only sees 18+
· Department description: Primary Care Clinic
· EMR: Epic
· Special procedures: N/A
· Skills required: Standard primary care clinic procedures; have a residency clinic and they take on most of them. Heavy on geri population, middle mix of mid to young adult, heavy on multi comorbidity, lots of diabetes, heart disease, etc.

· Provider type (MD/DO or NP/PA): MD/DO
· Board Certification: Yes, Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
· Fellowship Req'd: N/A
· License required: IMLC, WI
· Certifications preferred: ACLS
· Certifications required: BLS
