- Specialty: Family Medicine / Internal Medicine
- Setting: Outpatient Community Health Center
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
- Start: October 2026
- Patient Population: Mix of adults & pediatrics
- No Call | No Inpatient Work | No Admissions
- EMR: Epic
- Support: 1 RN + 2 MAs
- Requirements: BC/BE FM or IM, active CA license, DEA & BLS
- Credentialing: Approximately 30–90 days
