Prime Physicians is actively seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for an excellent Indian Health Service (IHS) opportunity at the Warm Springs Service Unit in Warm Springs, Oregon.

🔥 Opportunity Highlights
- Location: Warm Springs, Oregon
- Facility: Warm Springs Service Unit
- Contract: 1 year with a possible extension
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Up to: 40 hours per week
- Outpatient primary care setting
- Approximately 14 scheduled patients per full day
- IHS facility with RPMS or successor EHR
- Thursday mornings include administrative/training time
- Support from an assigned Medical Assistant or Registered Nurse
- Credentialing/background process requires approximately 1 month of lead time
🩺 What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive Family Medicine/Internal Medicine care
- Evaluate and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Perform physical examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications
- Provide preventive care and patient education
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care
- Document patient encounters in the EHR
- Collaborate with other departments
- Participate in medical staff meetings, peer review, and required training
- Assist with urgent care coverage when needed
✅ Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
- Current DEA license
- State CDS, if applicable
- Current BLS certification
- 5+ years of clinical experience
- Must meet IHS credentialing and privileging requirements
