Lovelace Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a thriving outpatient primary care practice in Roswell, New Mexico. Position Highlights
- 100% Outpatient Family Medicine
- Monday – Friday Schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- No Inpatient Responsibilities
- Established Practice with Strong Community Presence
- Join 2 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
- Experienced clinical support staff including Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, and Patient Service Representatives
- Located adjacent to Lovelace Roswell Regional Hospital
- Epic EMR
- Ambience AI Scribe Technology to reduce documentation time and improve efficiency

Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive health examinations and wellness visits
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services
• Educate patients on disease prevention, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation utilizing Epic EMR and AI-assisted charting
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based clinical practice
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for unrestricted New Mexico medical licensure
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills
• New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
