Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform preventive health screenings, wellness exams, and routine physicals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based clinical practices.
• Foster strong, long-term relationships with patients and their families through compassionate, patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active medical license.
• Excellent communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care in a private practice setting.
