  • Minimum 4‚Äì6 month assignment preferred ###
Assignment Details Start Date: November 2, 2026 End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Setting: Outpatient Clinic Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with lunch Flexibility: Adjustable start and end times Patient Volume: 12–25 patients per day EMR: Epic ### Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine BLS certification Any state medical license accepted Ability to supervise Advanced Practice Providers Clean file for approximately 90-day credentialing Minimum 4–6 months of availability preferred ### Clinical Details Outpatient Family Medicine clinic Well woman care required General outpatient pediatric care preferred, including newborn through adolescent patients No obstetrics or inpatient responsibilities One MA and office support staff Level IV facility
