## Family Practice Medical Provider - MD, DO, NP, or PA | Huntington, Worthington & Amherst, MA --- ### The Opportunity A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) focused on integrated primary care, is seeking a full-time Family Practice Medical Provider. Reporting to the Medical Director, this role provides comprehensive, quality medical care and coordination services for patients across locations in Huntington, Worthington, and Amherst, as well as a school-based health center at Gateway Regional Middle/High School in Huntington. - Remote option available during administrative hours
- Collaborative, mission-driven team environment --- ### Compensation
- NP/PA: $95,000 – $145,000
- MD/DO: $155,000 – $205,000
- $8,000 sign-on bonus available for NP, MD, and DO candidates --- ### Benefits
