We are seeking a compassionate and skilled physician to provide comprehensive primary care services to our adult patients. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality primary care services to adult patients in an outpatient setting.
- Manage a variety of medical conditions, emphasizing prevention and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
- Participate in a phone-only on-call rotation: one weekday and one weekend in a 1-12 rotation, and one holiday in a 1-12 rotation.
Requirements
- Must be licensed to practice in New York.
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and comprehensive care.
