Return to the kind of medicine that puts patients first. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to acquire a thriving MDVIP-affiliated Primary Care practice on the beautiful island of Maui.
With a smaller patient panel, a focus on preventive care, and professional support from MDVIP, you'll have the freedom to deliver exceptional patient experiences while enjoying outstanding work-life balance.
Position Details:
- Acquire a well-established primary care practice with a loyal patient base
- MDVIP-affiliated model focused on preventive, personalized medicine
- See approximately 8-10 patients per day with extended appointment times
- Emphasis on wellness, prevention, and relationship-driven care
- Opportunity for practice ownership and long-term leadership
- Clinical independence supported by MDVIP's national physician network
- Projected income is $300,000 to $500,000 per year
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active medical license or eligible for licensure in the state of Hawaii
- Previous outpatient primary care experience required; 5+ years preferred
- Passion for preventive, patient-centered medicine
- Interest in practice ownership and leadership
- Commitment to developing lasting patient and community relationships
