Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients.
• Deliver evidence-based care while maintaining timely and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and leadership teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Support quality improvement programs, peer reviews, and patient care initiatives.
• Provide clinical consultation and mentorship to members of the care team.
• Assist in maintaining clinical standards, workflows, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Participate in organizational projects and service development efforts.

Qualifications

Required:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Experience in outpatient primary care.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of quality improvement initiatives and patient outcome measures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-based healthcare environment.
