Job Function
- Precept and mentor residents and medical students in the clinic.
- Lead educational sessions and contribute to curriculum development and program evaluation.
- Conduct timely resident evaluations and support resident well-being.
- Participate in resident recruitment, orientation, graduation, and accreditation activities.
- Maintain board certification and all required credentials (e.g., BLS, ACLS, MAT Waiver).
- Provide high-quality patient care, including policy compliance and quality improvement.
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency.
- Board-certified in Family Medicine or equivalent qualification.
- Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania with valid DEA registration.
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, MAT Waiver.
- Familiarity with or commitment to the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) model is strongly preferred.
