Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Work flexible hours, including some late evenings and weekends, to meet community needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health systems.
Requirements
- Completed medical education and residency in Family Medicine.
- Valid medical license in New York.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine through ABFM and/or ACOFP.
- Current BCLS and DEA certifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records; knowledge of Epic is a plus.
- Being able to speak both English and Spanish is a plus.
