An established concierge primary care practice in Napa, California is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join its growing team.

Unlike traditional high-volume primary care settings, this practice focuses on comprehensive, relationship-driven medicine with an emphasis on preventive care, wellness, and long-term patient health.

Job Responsibilities
Manage preventive care, wellness visits, and chronic conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and medical needs
Build long-term physician-patient relationships through personalized care
Evaluate and manage complex adult health conditions
Provide lifestyle counseling and health optimization guidance
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical development
Collaborate with healthcare team members to support exceptional patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and follow regulatory standards
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active California medical license or eligibility
Minimum 5 years of adult primary care experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience using electronic medical records
Preferred Qualifications
Concierge medicine experience
Direct primary care or membership medicine background
Executive health experience
Preventive or wellness medicine experience
Clinical leadership or mentoring experience
