Family Medicine Physician Opportunity – Ohio
We are seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, patient-centered healthcare team in Marion, Ohio.

Job Responsibilities
Manage preventive care, acute visits, and chronic disease conditions
Perform patient evaluations, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments
Develop evidence-based treatment plans
Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care
Document patient care within an electronic health record system
Collaborate with medical, behavioral health, dental, and care coordination teams
Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and disease management
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of accredited Family Medicine residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for Ohio medical licensure
Eligible for DEA registration
Strong clinical skills in outpatient Family Medicine
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Community health or underserved population experience
Patient-centered medical home experience
Family Medicine Obstetrics experience
Experience with integrated healthcare teams
Working Hours
Details:
Monday-Friday outpatient practice schedule. Specific schedule details will be discussed during the interview process.
