Job description
Caldwell Medical Center, a non-profit critical access hospital serving a close-knit rural community, is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician (MD/DO) to join our outpatient primary care team. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of RNs, MAs, phlebotomists, and other support staff in a collaborative, 25-bed facility with on-site lab and imaging services.
Job Responsibilities
See an average of 25–30 patients per day once an established patient panel is built
Participate in a shared on-call rotation with fellow physicians, covering transitional care and unassigned patients
Collaborate closely with RNs, MAs, phlebotomists, and other ancillary staff as part of a coordinated care team

Qualifications
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Kentucky
Recent residency graduates welcome to apply and will be considered based on overall fit
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
DEA license required, or willingness to obtain one prior to start
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
