We are seeking a Primary Care Physician for a locum tenens position in Windham, Connecticut. This is a home health opportunity conducting pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations, with full-time, part-time, and PRN coverage all considered. Please see below for more information.

Job Responsibilities
• Complete an average of 6 to 9 visits per day
• Perform medication and medical history reviews
• Perform physical evaluations in the health plan member's home
• Document findings on a pre-populated, patient-specific form provided for each evaluation
• Note: this role does not involve prescribing medication, ordering lab tests, or altering a member's current treatment regimen
Qualifications
• Active Connecticut medical license in hand
Working Hours
Full-time, part-time, and PRN coverage available
No nights or weekends required
No call
