A non-profit, community-based health center in Central California is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its growing team.
Position Highlights
- Base salary: $285,000–$413,000 plus significant additional earning potential
- Full-time employed position with flexible scheduling options
- 100% outpatient practice – no inpatient responsibilities
- Full-scope Family Medicine including pediatric, adult, women's health, and office-based procedures
- Average patient volume of 20–26 patients per shift, depending on schedule
- Scheduling guidelines designed to prevent back-to-back complex patient visits and promote provider efficiency
- eClinicalWorks (eCW) electronic medical record
- Primarily Spanish-speaking patient population (Spanish proficiency is encouraged but not required)
