Client is expanding its physician network and seeking licensed physicians interested in structured administrative and clinical oversight opportunities. These roles are designed for physicians who want to contribute their expertise through leadership, compliance, and clinical governance without traditional employment requirements or direct patient care responsibilities.

Each engagement is customized through a formal agreement outlining responsibilities, expectations, and compensation.

Client is seeking experienced physicians to support healthcare organizations through defined oversight and administrative responsibilities. Depending on the engagement, physicians may serve as Medical Directors or provide clinical governance support for advanced practice provider-led care models.

These opportunities allow physicians to apply their clinical expertise while maintaining flexibility through clearly defined schedules and responsibilities.

Potential Responsibilities:
Depending on the specific engagement, responsibilities may include:
Serve as Medical Director providing clinical and administrative oversight.
Review and support clinical protocols, policies, and scope-of-practice alignment.
Conduct scheduled chart reviews and clinical documentation assessments.
Support healthcare compliance initiatives and regulatory requirements.
Participate in periodic leadership meetings and required documentation activities.
Provide oversight for NP/PA-led care models where applicable.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote quality, safety, and regulatory alignment.

Who We're Looking For:
Qualified candidates will have:
Active, unrestricted physician license in one or more of the following states:
California
Georgia
New Jersey
Alabama
Colorado
Louisiana
Nevada
South Carolina
Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, regulatory standards, and clinical oversight.
Ability to work within structured, clearly defined professional agreements.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality patient care standards.
