We're hiring a Family Medicine Physician who wants flexibility, meaningful patient relationships, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a mission-driven outpatient practice.

You'll step into an outpatient role providing comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages. You'll work alongside a collaborative clinical team with flexible scheduling, strong administrative support, and no production pressure, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care and building long-term relationships within the community.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $230,000–$270,000
• Health insurance: Employer pays 75%
• Dental & vision insurance: Employer contribution available
• PTO: 160 hours plus 40 personal hours
• 10 paid holidays
• CME: 5 days plus a $2,500 annual allowance
• HRSA student loan repayment eligibility
• FTCA malpractice coverage
• Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis
