Family Medicine Physician Opportunity – Colorado

Job Responsibilities
Manage outpatient primary care needs
Participate in inpatient rounding responsibilities
Provide preventive care and chronic disease management
Treat acute conditions and coordinate ongoing patient care
Provide pediatric, adult, geriatric, and women's health services
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff
Build long-term relationships with patients and the surrounding community
Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
Eligible for medical licensure in Colorado
DEA license or ability to obtain
Current BLS and ACLS certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered care
Preferred:
Rural healthcare experience
Critical Access Hospital experience
Full-spectrum Family Medicine background
Leadership experience or interest in future leadership
Spanish/English bilingual skills
Residents and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
