This W-2 opportunity is ideal for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician seeking to build meaningful, lasting relationships with patients through a Direct Care model designed to deliver medicine the way it was meant to be practiced.
7 - 10 Patients per Day - Ample Time for Comprehensive, Personalized Care.. Partnership Opportunity with % Stake in your Own Panel. Guaranteed Starting Base Salary of $250,000 (Guaranteed Salary Increases $10K each time your Patient Panel Grows (100, 200, 300, 400, to a Maximum of 500 Patients)..
