ATC West is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician for an outpatient primary care locum tenens opportunity in New Jersey. Join an established, collaborative practice providing comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients.

Position Highlights

• Location: New Jersey
• Start: ASAP
• Ongoing coverage
• Monday–Friday schedule
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesdays until 7:00 PM
• Outpatient primary care practice
• No hospital call
• No weekend coverage
• No supervision of mid-level providers
• Quick credentialing process

Practice Details

• Established practice with 5 physicians and 1 advanced practice provider
• Approximately 3 patients per hour
• Adult and geriatric patient population
• 13 exam rooms
• On-site laboratory
• Athena EMR
• Other Internal Medicine physicians available for support

Clinical Responsibilities

• Adult outpatient primary care
• Preventive care and chronic disease management
• Evaluation and management of acute illnesses
• EKG interpretation
• Evaluation and management of acute blood pressure and volume-related conditions
• Employment physicals
• Disability examinations

Qualifications

• Board Certified preferred (Board Eligible candidates will be considered)
• Active New Jersey medical license required
• Local physician living within 45 minutes of the facility
  
• BLS and ACLS preferred
