Position Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient primary care practice in Pueblo, Colorado. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and routine health screenings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate specialty referrals.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and ancillary staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for or active Colorado medical license.
• DEA certification (or eligibility).
• Strong communication and patient-centered care skills.
