Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine)
Fitchburg & Leominster, MA
We're hiring a Primary Care Physician who wants flexibility, outstanding earning potential, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative outpatient practice.
You'll provide comprehensive primary care while seeing patients at outpatient clinics in both Fitchburg and Leominster. You'll work alongside an experienced physician-led team with the flexibility to choose from 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts while enjoying the autonomy to practice medicine your way in a mission-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: Starting at $225,000 for a 36-hour work week
- Sign-on bonus: $30,000
- Bonus opportunity: Quarterly quality bonus of up to $20,000 annually
- Health insurance: Employer-sponsored medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Retirement: 401(k) with up to a 4% employer match
- 457(b) deferred compensation plan available for eligible physicians
- Paid Time Off plus 10 paid holidays
- CME: 5 days plus a $3,500 annual allowance
- License, DEA, and board certification renewals covered
- Malpractice insurance
- Loan repayment: NHSC eligibility up to $75,000
- Relocation assistance up to $5,000
