Job description
We are seeking a Physician for a home health locum tenens position with a Signify Health float pool serving North Dakota. Conduct pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. This is a flexible opportunity with no nights or weekends required. Please see below for more information.
- Conduct in-home health evaluations including medication and medical history review and a physical evaluation in the member's home
- Flexible schedule, Monday-Sunday, 7:00a-7:00p (no nights or weekends required)
- Approximately 6-9 visits per day
- Providers are given a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation
- No prescribing, ordering lab tests, or altering current treatment regimens
- mySignify EMR
- Start as soon as credentialed; short-term or long-term basis
Job Responsibilities
- Perform medication and medical history review plus a physical evaluation in the member's home
- Complete a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation
- Average 6-9 visits per day
- No prescribing, lab ordering, or treatment changes required
Qualifications
- Active North Dakota state license in-hand
- Master's degree required
- New grads accepted
- DEA not required (no prescribing or diagnosing)
- Name clear required
